When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.
Delivery time is then estimated between 10 to 22 business days to your home address.

👉 During peak periods, shipping may take up to 6 days.
All parcels are delivered directly to your home by La Poste.

My order is not complete

As we work with different warehouses and manufacturers, your items may arrive in separate packages.
Don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at once.

⏳ Average delivery time is 10 to 22 business days, but some parcels may take a little longer.

➡️ If after 35 business days you still haven’t received your order, we will issue a full refund, and you may keep the item if it arrives later.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders very quickly, usually within 12 hours.

⏱️ You therefore have 12 hours after validation to request a modification or cancellation by writing to myglowupskin@gmail.com.
After this period, your items will already be shipped, and we won’t be able to modify your order.

The item I received is broken/defective

Although we work with reliable carriers, parcels can sometimes be damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at myglowupskin@gmail.com with:

-Your order number

-A description of the problem (wrong item, defective, etc.)

-A photo or video as proof

👉 You will not need to return the product. We will issue a store credit (or another refund method if you prefer).
